By downloading, installing, or using IZFit (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

IZFit is a fitness tracking application that allows users to:

• Log workouts and exercises
• Track fitness progress and personal records
• Set and monitor fitness goals
• View workout statistics and analytics

To use IZFit, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.

After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription at $2.99/month.

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests must be made through Apple. We do not directly process refunds.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by IZFit and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App (workouts, goals, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process this data to provide the service.

IZFit is intended for fitness tracking purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from following workout routines logged in the App.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IZFIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IZFit from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
